To be able to pause the game and remove the HUD, in \Documents\My Games\Dishonored\DishonoredGame open DishonoredInput.ini and add the following lines in the [Engine.PlayerInput] section.

Save the file and set it to read only. Not mandatatory but you never know.

How To
Use The Cheat Table
Once you have installed Cheat Engine 7.5 or higher (if not already done), click twice on the cheat table file you downloaded. Check the Auto Attach to Game box. Cheat Engine will automatically connect to the game when detected.
Press Page Down to enable the camera structure.
Take A Screenshot

F5to pause the game. - Press
F6to disable the HUD - Press
Insto detach the camera and enable the free camera. - Frame, take your shot and go the other way around to get back in game.
DSR Resolutions
For some reason, the fullscreen is like borderless. So, if you want to play at like 4K (3840x2160), you will have to set your screen at that resolution and change the DPI scalling from 200% to 100%. In game, change to your monitor resoltion.
Anti Aliasing And Other Tweaks
